About Us
Our Story
Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Fuxin, Liaoning, the Nebula Technology team grew out of the informal “Experimental Chemistry Group” at Fuxin Experimental Secondary School. Its work spans chemistry, biology, aviation, aerospace, and energetic materials. Originally known as “Nebula Science and Innovation,” the team later adopted the name “Liaoning Nebula Technology.” On August 25, 2023, the team registered Liaoning Fuhang Technology Co., Ltd., which it manages and operates. The company’s business activities include software development, intelligent unmanned aircraft manufacturing, chemical product production, and Internet of Things (IoT) equipment manufacturing, among other areas.
The team’s first-generation logo combines a starry sky, an upward-pointing arrow, and a circuit board. The stars represent the vastness of the universe, while the arrow symbolizes the drive to move forward—reflecting the team’s grounded approach and ambition to reach new heights in science and technology. Liaoning Fuhang Technology Co., Ltd. currently has three divisions—Beijing, Taiyuan–Jinzhong, and Tianjin—dedicated to scientific research and innovation.
Core Team Responsibilities
001: Head of the Beijing Division of Liaoning Nebula Technology (“Nebula Technology”). Contributed to the development of the N-00, N-0A, and N-10 engines. Currently involved in research and development for the N-1 and N-2 series, as well as the design of the N-30 two-stage rocket.
003: Head of Nebula Technology’s Taiyuan–Jinzhong Division. Participated in N-00 and N-0A launch missions and N-10 engine testing. Currently serves as chief designer of the N-1 series, overseeing rocket airframe design and new engine development.
005: Head of Nebula Technology’s Tianjin Division. Participated in N-00 and N-0A launch missions and is currently involved in manufacturing components for the N-1 series. Has chaired numerous online meetings.
